1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that in view of the subsequent developments, the petition could be disposed of as infructuous granting liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Opposite Parties as regard the demurrage charges.
2. Consequently, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Paradip Port Trust as regards the demurrage charges.
