1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. Heard.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no knowledge about the affidavit filed by his client before the District Education Office, Rayagada.
4. Learned counsel for the School and Mass Education Department, Bhubaneswar handed over the photo copy of the affidavit wherein the petitioner has stated that there has been a compliance by the Respondent vide order dated 08.08.2014, wherein the petitioner has been given promotion to the post of Level-III Headmaster and posted at Karanjia UP School under K. Singhpur Block. Hence, he does not want to proceed with the case and wants to withdraw it.

5. In such view of the matter, the Writ Petition is rendered infructuous.
