This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Mr. P. Muduli, learned Addl. Government Advocate has placed before us the written instruction that he has received from IIC, Bhadrak Rural PS.

It appears therefrom that the victim, whose name is withheld for protecting her identity, has been rescued. For the time being, the victim who is a minor, has been put up in the safe stay home namely, ASIANA.

It has been also stated by both the counsel that the victim was not agreeing to go to her parental home. It is directed that the victim
be put to the counselling service only for purpose of guidance. IIC, Bhadrak PS is present in the court in person. He is directed to arrange the said counselling.
5.
In view of the said development, this proceeding stands closed and disposed of.
