It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 22057 of 2019 (State of Odisha & Ors. v. Sanjulata Sethy & Ors.), which has been disposed of vide order dated 15.07.2021 by this Court. 4.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 15.07.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 22057 of 2019 (State of Odisha & Ors. v. Sanjulata Sethy & Ors.), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
