This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Odisha Information Commission and his associates files Vakalatnama in Court today, which is taken on record.

On instruction, Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Odisha Information Commission submits that Second Appeal bearing SA No.3857 of 2021 has been filed by the Petitioner. He, however, submits that the matter is not ready for hearing. 4.

In view of the above, the prayer made in this writ petition for early disposal of the Second Appeal cannot be granted at this stage.

The writ petition is therefore disposed of with an observation that in the event the Petitioner files an application for early disposal of SA No.3857 of 2021 stating the grounds therein after the matter becomes ready for hearing, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
