2. As reveals from the case record, N.B.W (A) has been issued against the Petitioner vide order dated 03.07.2015 in ICC Case No.178 of 2008 by the learned J.M.F.C., Salipur.

3. Substantial time has been passed by now. The Petitioner if has not surrendered before the learned trial court in the meantime, is directed to surrender before the learned trial court and in the event of his surrendering and move the motion for bail, the learned trial court shall admit the Petitioner to bail on such conditions as deemed fit and proper along with the condition that the Petitioner shall remain present on each date of hearing. 4.

The CRLMC is disposed of accordingly.
