Through this writ petition a challenge is made to the impugned action at Annexure-1.

Taking this Court to the development through the communication vide Annexure-2, Ms. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that there has already been development involving such encroachers at the side of the Government and there has been certain progress involving this issue. It is alleged that for there is no coordination between the Government Agencies and the Municipal Agencies, the outcome vide Annexure-1 has come. 3.
Considering the submission of Ms. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner and finding substance through the document vide Annexure-2, this Court in disposal of the writ petition observes, in the event the Petitioner is not evicted as of now, he shall submit his response also indicating the grounds raised herein before the Opposite Party No.3 within a period of one week hence and the Opposite Party No.3 is directed to take a lawful decision on
// 2 // the issue involved also involving the Petitioner, by completing the exercise within a period of one & half month from the date of submission of response.

It is further directed that if the Petitioner has not been evicted from the disputed property in question as of now, there shall be no eviction of the Petitioner from the disputed property in question till a decision is taken in the matter. 5.
