This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 439, Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and she has been falsely implicated in this case. Further, he submits that by order dated 11.05.2022, the other co-accused persons have already been enlarged on bail by the learned court below. 5.

Considering the nature of allegation, gravity of offence and the fact of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, it is directed that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the learned Additional District Judge-cum-Special Judge, Jajpur in C.T. Spl. (POCSO) Case No.48 of 2022, arising out of Kalinga Nagar P.S. Case No.48 dated 06.02.2022 within a period of

// 2 // three weeks from today, she shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper. 4.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
