Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to release his vehicle bearing registration No.OD-02-H-5989 (Maruti Sujiki) Car seized by the Opposite Party No.2Financer. 4.

On the last occasion, i.e., on 15th July, 2022, none had also appeared on behalf of the Petitioner to pursue the matter. In that view of the matter, this Court feels that the Petitioner has lost interest to pursue the writ petition. 5.
