This writ petition involves innocuous prayer for targeting the Order No.

demarcation proceeding vide Annexure-5. Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Ersamaopposite party no.3 in the event Demarcation Case No.8 of 2022 is still pending, to conclude the same at least within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner but, however, involving the parties likely to be affected.
