I.A. No. 1884 of 2022 This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application has been filed for recalling of the order dated 06.01.2022 passed in this case.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner contended that vide order dated 11.06.2020, this Court had directed the Petitioner to produce the reply to the show cause notice dated 01.02.2020 under Annexure-6, to which the petitioner submitted the same by filing I.A. No. 19363 of 2021. However when the matter was taken up on 06.01.2022 since none was there on behalf of the Petitioner, this Court while observing that the Petitioner has not complied the earlier direction, dismissed the Writ Petition for noncompliance. He further contended that had I.A. No. 19363 of 2021 been brought to the notice of this Court, the order dated 06.01.2022 would not have been passed.

Considering the submission made by learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the order dated 06.01.2022 passed in this case is recalled and the Writ Petition is restored to its file.

The I.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
