This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he was not involved in the present case. Further, he submits that there was an election dispute. Hence, the presence case.

Considering the nature of allegations, gravity of offence and the fact of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, it is directed that in the event the petitioner surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak in G.R. Case No.1182 of 2022, arising out of Sabarang P.S. Case No.86 of 2022 within a period of three weeks from today, he shall be released on bail on such

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
