In this application, the petitioner, who is the accused in T.R. Case No. 209 of 2019, has prayed for transfer of the said case from the court of learned Ad hoc Addl. Session Judge (FTSC), Bhubaneswar to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge under POCSO Act, Nayagarh. Mr. Satyabrata Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has prayed for transfer the aforesaid case on the ground that another case namely, T.R. Case No. 75 of 2021 is pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge under the POCSO Act, Nayagarh.

In course of hearing, Mr. Satyabrata Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want t o press this application and may be permitted to withdraw this

Considering the said prayer, the TRPCRL is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. .........................
