This is the second journey of the Petitioner who is in custody in connection with Bolagarh P.S. Case No.113 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. Case No.791 of 2015 on the file of learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Khurda for alleged commission of offence under section 302/201/120-B/34 of the IPC, in filing this application under section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for his release on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and ongoing through materials as placed as also the depositions of 26 witnesses so far examined in the trial, finding no such change in the circumstance; while being not inclined to reconsider the prayer

// 2 // for grant of bail to the Petitioner at the fag end of the trial, this application stands disposed of directing the Trial Court to take all such effective steps as provided in law for conclusion of the trial as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law. 5.

The BLAPL is accordingly dismissed.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
