Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

This Court finds strange in non-admission of R.P.Case No.822 of 2016. Be that as it may, while deprecating such progress at the end of Commissioner, Consolidation & Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack involving judicial proceedings, this Court however in disposal of the writ petition permits the petitioner to file a memo for undertaking the exercise of admission in R.P.Case No. 822 of 2016 and directs the Commissioner, Consolidation & Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack to take up R.P. Case No.822 of 2016 for admission at least within a period of seven days thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
