Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Task Force, Bhubaneswar Case No. 7 of 2022 corresponding to T.R. Case NO. 91 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Khurda at Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 21(C)/29 of NDPS Act.

Considering the fact that the seized contraband is more than commercial quantity weighing 1320 grams of brown sugar, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is, therefore rejected. 5.
The BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
