1. Opposite Party No.2 has filed an affidavit stating that the disputes have been settled between the Petitioner and him.

2. In that view of the matter, Capital P.S. Case No.281 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. Case No.3009 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Bhubaneswar and all proceedings consequent thereto in respect of the present Petitioner are quashed.

3. The CRLMC is allowed in the above terms.
