1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 6th April, 2022 in connection with Bhubaneswar Mahila P.S. Case No.30/2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1451/2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 419/420/467/468/471/494/120B/34 of I.P.C.

4. It is alleged that the Petitioner assisted Dr. Ramesh Chandra Swain, who is said to have married several ladies with the intention of cheating them. In so far as the present Petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that the Petitioner was introduced as the wife of the principal accused's brother and that she is working in Paradeep. There is, however, no other evidence against her nor any material to show that any amount was transmitted to her account.

5. Considering the submissions as above, the materials on record, the period of detention in custody and taking note of the fact that the co-accused namely, Rasmita Beura, who stands more or less on the same footing, has already been released on bail, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

6. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that she shall appear before the court below on each date of posting of the case without fail.

7. The BLAPL is disposed of.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
