Taking into account the recitals in the I.A., the petitioner is permitted to correct the cause title of the BLAPL in as much as the name of the petitioner be corrected as "Sankar Sodi" in the place of "Sarkar Sodi" in Court, rest part of the earlier order remains unaltered.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rule.
