Petitioner alleges that the Form-2(return) application as per Section 3(B) of the Regulation II of 1956 has been declined to be accepted and considered.

In view of the above, this Court directs, in the event the petitioner files Form No.II return along with a limitation application within a period of ten days from today before the Sub-Collector, Malkangiri, the same shall be accepted and disposed of by passing order in accordance with law and also with involvement of all the parties concerned.
