Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- Under this above circumstances, it is respectfully prayed that the Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow this writ application, directing the OP. No.2 to take a decision in the representation of the petitioner under annexure-3 to the writ application within a stipulated time in accordance with law by giving reasonable opportunity of being heard to the parties concerned. AND Further pleased to pass any other order/orders as deemed fit and proper. AND For this act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.

Considering that the representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue vide Annexure-3 is still pending before the Collector, Jajpur, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Collector, Jajpur to look into the grievances of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 so also in the Writ Petition and take decision as appropriate also involving the Petitioner, by completing the entire

// 2 // exercise at least within a period of one months from the date of communication of a copy of this order along with copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioner.
