1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 4.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2022 in connection with Hindol P.S. Case No.170 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.631 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Hindol for the alleged commission of offence under Section 379/34 of IPC.

It is submitted that the FIR was lodged against unknown persons and the petitioner was remanded in this case on the basis of the statement of the co-accused. No T.I. parade has been conducted in this case. All other co-accused persons have been released on bail as per order passed by this Court in BLAPL No. 4906 of 2022. 5.

Considering the above facts, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that the learned court below shall insist upon two local sureties for such amount as may be determined by it. Further he shall personally appear before the

trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail. Further the petitioner shall not be involved in any offence of similar nature and he shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence or try to threaten or influence the witness or the victim or her family members in any manner whatsoever.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
