Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Learned counsel for the Corporation brings to the notice of this Court through the tender specification that in the event of requirement of road facilities, the Party succeeding is required to give an undertaking to make road provision by the time of installation of the Unit and it must be before issuance of the letter of appointment. For a Clause contained therein and this being the sole crux involving the matter, this Court finds no merit in the allegation of the Petitioner.
