Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is a threatening of demolition/eviction of the petitioners from the disputed property in question through mike announcement and without following due process of law, this Court disposes of this writ petition directing that there shall be no demolition/eviction of the petitioners provided petitioners have not faced with any such proceeding as of now and without following due process of law.
