This Court finds the petitioner has a clear statutory remedy of revision as against the order of appeal. Since the period to prefer revision is there, if the petitioner is so advised, may prefer revision along with an application for interim protection within a period of two weeks hence. It is made clear that status quo as on date involving the disputed property shall be maintained at least for a period of four weeks and within which period the application for interim protection of the petitioner shall be considered and disposed of. 3.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
