This contempt petition arises out of W.P.(C) No. 17732 of 2018, wherein it has been alleged that order dated 18th March, 2019 passed by this Court has not been complied with. In the writ petition, the Petitioner prayed for a direction to the Opposite Party No.2 (BDO, Sukinda) to finalize the final bill in respect of work "Imp of road from Patana (PMGSY Road) to Aradapal from RD 00 to 1000 with CD work (Black topping road and CC road with 5 no CD work)" vide Agreement No.13 F2 dated 11th May, 2012. This Court considering limited nature of prayer disposed of the writ petition by directing the BDO, Sukinda, Jajpur-Opposite Party No.2 to consider and dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 31st October, 2016.

Counsel for the Parties agreed that the present contempt petition has been rendered infructuous as order dated 18th March, 2019 passed in WP (C) No. 17732 of 2018 has been complied with by the said officer who passed a speaking order on 17th September, 2022 by considering the representation of the Petitioner. 3.
