1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

Learned Standing Counsel for the Department of School and Mass Education submits that the grievance raised in this Writ Petition has already been redressed by the Department vide Office Order No.6926 dated 01.06.2022 issued by the opposite party No.1- District Education Officer, Cuttack and the same has been communicated to the opposite party No.2- Controller of Accounts, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.

3. In such view of the matter, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
