This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

3. The petitioner in the writ petition prays for a direction to the opposite parties particularly opposite party No.2, Collector, Sundargarh who is the statutory authority to take action regarding grievances of the petitioner as Annexure-1 series .

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the authorities may be directed to consider his grievances and disposed of in accordance with law.

Learned AGA submits that the authority shall consider the grievances of the petitioner in accordance with law and dispose of the same in due time. 6.

Considering the nature of grievances raised in the writ petition and submissions made at the Bar, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission

// 2 // without issuing notice to opposite party no.5. 7.

The appropriate authority shall consider the grievances of the petitioner within four months from the date of communication of the certified copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition and all other relevant documents sought to be relied upon by the petitioner.

Opposite party No.5 shall be given adequate opportunity of hearing to present her case before the appropriate authority.

9.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case in any manner whatsoever.

10. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
