This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press this application at this juncture with liberty to file a fresh application in the event trial is not concluded within a stipulated period of time as directed by this Court.

Accordingly, the BLAPL is disposed of with a direction to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of three months from today. In the event trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, it is open for the Petitioner to file a fresh application. In the event such an application is filed, the same shall be considered without being influenced by any other factor. 4.
