This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

The Petitioner having been implicated in connection with Dhenkanal Sadar P.S. Case No.450 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1291 of 2019 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal running for the alleged commission of offence under section341/506/34 of the IPC read with section-25/27 of the Arms Act, has filed this application under section-438 of Cr.P.C. for his grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the nature of accusations as those emanate from the materials on record; further keeping in view the other surrounding circumstances; I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.

Interim order passed on 05.05.2021 does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
