1. Heard Mr. S.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the Appellant.

2. The suit is for declaration of right, title, interest and confirmation of possession and to declare the sale deed under Ext.1 as illegal and void.

3. The learned trial court dismissed the suit in absence of sufficient proof to substantiate the contention of the Plaintiff which was confirmed by the First Appellate Court.

4. Upon hearing Mr. S.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the Appellant and going through the judgments of the learned trial court as well the First Appellate Court, I do not find any substantial question of law to admit the appeal.

5. The appeal is dismissed.
