This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

The I.A. has been filed for modification of order dated 30.03.2022.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that although the Petitioners had earlier moved this Court in ABLAPL No.6495 of 2020, he is now constrained to file this application as because it has recently come to notice that Final Form has been submitted placing these Petitioners to face the Trial also for commission of offence under the provisions of S.C./S.T. (PoA) Act. At this stage, he prays for withdrawal of this application seeking liberty to move afresh by filing an application under section 438, Cr.P.C.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the I.A. stands disposed of as withdrawn.
