1. At the outset, Mr. Mohanty, learned AGA submits that the order dated 03.09.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No. 15098 of 2020 stand complied with as the competent authority has sanctioned the admissible amounts upon a verification of the claim of the petitioner and already issued notice to the petitioner for collecting amount by presenting himself in the office of Special Land Acquisition Officer, Lower Indra Irrigation Project, Khariar, Dist. Nuapada.

2. In view of the above, we find that the continuance of present contempt is not warranted.

The contempt petition accordingly is disposed of as infructuous.

The petitioner is free to approach the Land Acquisition Officer concerned to collect his admissible amount.
