This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 3.
The petitioner is an accused in Special G.R. Case No.17 of 2021, on the files of learned Additional Sessions -cum-Special Judge, Kendrapara, arising out of Mahakalapada P.S. Case No.25 of 2021 under Sections 363/366/376(2)(n)/34 of IPC. 4.
Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and the tenor of 164 statement of the victim, this Court is not inclined to entertain this BLAPL application at this stage. 5.
It shall be open to the petitioner to move this Court after examination of the victim.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
