Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

This writ petition involves extension of lease period for the suffering of the petitioner in Covid-19 reason. Before approaching this Court, it appears, petitioner has already made a request to the Collector & District Magistrate of the district. As an outcome on consideration of the request of the petitioner, it appears on the face of Annexure-4, the Collector vide its order dated 21.04.2022 has already recommended for extension of lease period by one year. It is in this view of the matter, this Court finds nothing survives except Block Development Officer, Mohana-opposite party no.3 passing an appropriate order depending on the recommendation of the Collector. Order, as appropriate, on recommendation of the Collector be passed within a period of seven days from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. It is directed that petitioner shall not be disturbed in the meantime.
