This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Ms. S. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. P.P. Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State-opposite parties.

This application has been filed for recalling of the order dated 07.04.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 15552 of 2011. 4.

Ms. S. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioners contended that due to wrong submission of Government Counsel, the order dated 07.04.2022 has been passed.

But as it appears from order dated 07.04.2022 since the petitioners had already crossed the age limit and most of them had attained the age of 50 years, this Court was not inclined to entertain the writ petition and, as such, there is no mention of submission of the State Counsel. 6.

In the above view of the matter, we do not find any error apparent on the face of record so as to recall the order dated 07.04.2022. 7.

Accordingly, the I.A. merits no consideration and the same is hereby dismissed.
