Heard Mr. T. Panigrahi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition assailing the order dated 21.02.2011 under Annexure-3 passed by the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 4028(C) of 2010, whereby the Tribunal held that since the engagement of the petitioner as G.P. Secretary is not an appointment under the Government and the same was not a civil post under the Government, the period of service rendered by the petitioner as G.P. Secretary, prior to his appointment as VLW, cannot be taken into account for the purpose of pension and other service benefits. 4.
Perused the order dated 21.02.2011 passed by the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in
O.A. No. 4028(C) of 2010. This Court does not find any error in the said order. Therefore, the writ petition merits no consideration and accordingly, the same is dismissed. Alok /Sukanta ...........................
