Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted to the Court by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no instruction with regard to the present status of the case pending before the court below.

As such there is no stay order passed by this Court, the Court is of the view that the trial must have been over by now considering the fact that the case is of the year 2015.

In the above premises, the Court is not inclined to indulge itself further and grant more time as prayed for. 5.
