This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the criminal proceeding initiated against him in G.R. Case No.249 of 2006 pending in the Court of J.M.F.C., Banpur.

The case is yet to be admitted though filed in the year 2010. 4.

No one had appeared on behalf of the Petitioners when the case listed on 17th September, 2010. Today also no one appears on behalf of the Petitioner.
