Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2022 in connection with Dharmasala P.S. Case No. 193 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 582 of 2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 457/394/307/506/34 of IPC.

As it appears, the stolen articles were recovered from the house of the co-accused persons. In so far as the present petitioner is concerned, the basis of his implication is his own confession before police.

Considering the above facts, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and

conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall appear personally before the court below on each date of posting of the case without fail.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
