This is the second journey of the Petitioner in filing this application under Section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for his grant of bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Simulia P.S. Case No.52 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No.157 of 2020 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Soro, for alleged commission of offence under Section-143/447/332/353/379/294/506/149 of the IPC, for his release on bail in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made further keeping in view the earlier order dated 06.05.2020 passed in ABLAPL No. 3513 of 2020, in the absence of any change in the circumstance; is hereby dismissed the present application.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
