2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2022 in connection with Plantiste P.S. Case No.65 of 2022 corresponding to Special GR Case No. 09 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Rourkela for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C)/29 of NDPS Act.
4. Considering the fact that the alleged contraband is more than commercial quantity being 90 kgs 900 gms of Ganja. I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is, therefore rejected.
5. The BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
