1. A copy of the compromise petition is at Annexure-2 which has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the State.
2. Learned counsel for Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 is also present in Court and agrees that the matter has been settled.
3. In that view of the matter, Rambha P.S. Case No.173 of 2016 as well as the corresponding G.R. Case No.647 of 2016 pending in the court of learned JMFC, Khallikote and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed. The CRLMC is allowed. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned trial court forthwith.
