2. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

3. This CRLMC has been filed by the Petitioner challenging the order dated 30.4.2009 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar in G.R. Case No.932 of 2009 wherein learned S.D.JM. allowed the prayer of the I.O to seize the passport of the Petitioner.

4. It appears that no interim order has been passed in this case. This is a case of the year 2010. On the last occasion also none appeared for the Petitioner. Today also none appears for the Petitioner.

5. From the aforesaid, it appears that the Petitioner is not interested to proceed with the litigation.
