This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the FIR in connection Barbil P.S. Case No.60 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. Case No.174 of 2010 pending in the court of J.M.F.C., Barbil. 4.

None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution.

However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to approach the appropriate forum, if charge sheet has been filed and cognizance has been taken and they have been proceeded in the aforesaid case, if so aggrieved.
