This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. S.K. Mohanty, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing for the State-Opposite Parties. 3.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking extension of lease period.

Earlier the Petitioner had approached this Court by filing W.P.(C) No.8081 of 2022, which was disposed of vide order dated 30.03.2022. In compliance of the order passed by this Court and on consideration of the grievance of the Petitioner, the authority has extended the lease period for five months. But Mr. S.K. Mohanty, learned Counsel for the Petitioner contended that direction may be given to the authority to extend the lease period for one year, which is within the complete domain of the tender issuing authority. 4.
