Heard Mr. N. Lenka, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. P. Naidu, learned counsel for opposite party No.1 and Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate.

Mr. Lenka fairly submits that that in the meantime, the petitioner has field the Civil Suit as required under Sub-Section (3) of Section 25 of the Odisha Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1951 and in such background, he wants to withdraw this writ petition without prejudice to the contentions raised by him in the pending suit. 3.

Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn without prejudice to the
