Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

One of the Petitioner has a clear affidavit in possession of four cows at least for the maintenance of livelihood raises objection in matter of diversification of Gochara Land. In the argument process, this Court finds the Petitioners have already submitted representation vide Annexure-2 on the self-same ground, pending before the Collector opposite party No.2. As this Court finds the Collector is required to take decision on the complaint of the villagers vide Annexure-2, in disposal of the Writ Petition this Court directs to the Collector, the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the grievances of the Petitioners vide Annexuere-2 and take decision as appropriate at least within a period of one and half month, giving opportunity of the hearing of the representative of the Petitioners.
