This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the opposite parties to release the arrear salary of the petitioner. 3.

Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate referring to the counter affidavit, contended that since the petitioner has not discharged the duty, the question of grant of arrear salary does not arise.
