1. This letter petition received way back in 2016 is based on a news report about the spread of kidney disease in Narasinghpur and Badamba Block at Cuttack. It is plain that there have been developments since the sending of this petition in 2016 which have to be accounted for.

2. Leaving it open to the Petitioner to file a fresh petition, the writ petition is disposed of.
